I weighed in on Saturday. I apologize for not updating sooner. I kind of struggle at times to get to this blogging. Even though it's something I want to do and I do enjoy writing. It's therapeutic. I might not be great at it, but I still enjoy it.
So...the numbers.
Last Week, I was 303.8. This week I was 303 even. That's a loss of .8 (point 8). It's not earth shattering, but it is a loss and I will take it. I was a little disappointed at first because I thought I was doing really well with all my food tracking and getting my butt to the gym three times during the week. I know three times isn't much, BUT it's three more times than I had been doing. Oh well. .8 down is better than a gain so I'll just stop worrying about it. Plus, I could have some water weight going on (that TOM).
Tomorrow (1/16) I have to be at the hospital at 9 a.m. for my ablation procedure. I'm a little nervous. I won't lie. But at the same time, I'm looking forward to less bleeding during that time of the month. I've been dealing with such heavy bleeding at times and it's not fun. It really does get in the way of activity and work even. I briefly thought of getting a hysterectomy and being done with it all, but I decided I didn't want to be hurled into menopause like that. If by chance the ablation doesn't work, then we'll seek the hysterectomy at that time. But, I'm hoping this all goes fine.
I'm at work today and as usual, really don't feel like being here. Ho hum. I really shouldn't complain because I know there are plenty of people out there who do not have jobs and would like one.
This morning I had my blood drawn...no fun. But I did alright. I hope the numbers come out good. Afterwards, I was quite hungry and found myself hitting McDonalds! Not cool. But, I'm honest about it all and have recorded it. I don't make a habit of fast food so I think I'll be okay.
I guess that's it for now. Hope everyone is doing well.
Peace.Love.Smiles
